Echo Fox signed Samson "Lourlo" Jackson as its top laner, the team announced Thursday ahead of the upcoming NA LCS League of Legends season.

Lourlo joins Echo Fox after having departed from the Golden Guardians, who ended both the NA LCS spring and summer splits at the bottom of the standings.

Since the beginning of the offseason, Echo Fox has seen a major roster renovation after releasing the majority of its starting lineup. The team then signed three former Clutch Gaming players in Nickolas "Hakuho" Surgent, Apollo "Apollo" Price, and Colin "Solo" Earnest. It's unclear whether Lourlo or Solo will serve as the team's starting top laner for the upcoming League of Legends season or if they will share the spot.

The team then resigned Kim "Fenix" Jae-hun as its mid laner and welcomed Lee "rush" Yoon-jae back to the North American region after he joined the team as its jungler.
