Neeko changes could enter League of Legends Patch 8.24b after they went live Wednesday in the game's Public Beta Environment.

The base damage and secondary damage were both lowered for the newest League of Legends champion's Blooming Burst (Q), the highlight of 12 champion balance tweaks in Wednesday's PBE update. After Riot Games foreshadowed changes to Akali, Alistar and Pyke earlier in the day, those changes also went live in the PBE.

Akali's twilight Shroud (W) had its base duration increased, and Alistar's Trample (E) has its total damage and basic attack damage lowered. Aurelion Sol's Starsurge (Q) had its minimum re-cast time lowered, and Cassiopeia's Noxious Blast (Q) received a nerf as its mana cost increased and total damage lowered.

Ezreal received buffs to mana regen, base AD, AD per level and attack speed per level. Kassadin's base HP regen was nerfed. Pyke's Death From Below (R) was nerfed in its threshold damage and full values. Four items received tweaks.

League of Legends Patch 8.24 came out last week, and there expects to be one more patch, League of Legends Patch 8.24b, before season 9 and Patch 9.1 comes out in early January.
