Virtus.pro is expected to build a new Counter-Strike: Global Offensive lineup focused around current AWPer Michał "snatchie" Rudzki, according to a report Thursday by VPesports.

Virtus.pro will reportedly build a new CS:GO lineup around snatchie. VP announced Thrusday that the team would cease competition after being eliminated from the IEM Katowice EU Minor qualifier. Snatchie joined VP in August before the FACEIT London Major.

Snatchie was the heir apparent to Janusz "snax" Porgorzelski. The team failed to qualify for ESL Pro League Season 9 and must defend its spot in ECS Season 7 after finishing ninth in the S6 regular season.

Virtus.pro declined to comment on the move. The organization did say in its cease competition announcement that it would announce future plans by the end of the year.
