​Overwatch update 2.57 is the latest patch for players. Here is everything you need to know about the patch and what changes to expect.

​The new update for Overwatch went live Tuesday for players on all platforms. 


1. Ana's Bastet Challenge

​new mini-event went live in Overwatch to give players the opportunity to unlock a new Ana skin. It is based off of Ana's skin in the "Bastet" short story.


2. Overwatch League 2019 Team Skins

New skins for the eight teams joining the Overwatch League Season 2 ​went live Tuesday. Players can now purchase skins from Hangzhou Spark, Guangzhou Charge, Atlanta Reign, Paris Eternal, Chengdu Hunters, Toronto Defiant, Washington Justice, and Vancouver Titans.


3. New UI Changes

The UI for spectators in Custom Games was also changed in the new update. Status effects now appear over the icons of players when spectating. There is also an option to spectate from an over-the-shoulder perspective. 

​A 
​melee icon was added to the kill feed, in addition to new eliminations now appearing in the kill feed like D.Va eating ultimates or destroying turrets. 


4. Various Bug Fixes

A few heroes received bug fixes in the latest patch. The most important fix was a solution to a stutter that players would experience when scoping with Ashe on a monitor with high frame rates.
