Resident Evil 4 Switch Release Date
Resident Evil 4 for the Nintendo Switch does not currently have a release date. Some expect an early release in 2019 considering how many times RE4 has been ported from its original Nintendo Gamecube release in 2005.
Good news for Resident Evil fans and Nintendo Switch owners, RE4 isn't the only game being ported to the console. Resident Evil and Resident Evil 0 are coming as well to the Switch. Fans shouldn't forget about the upcoming Resident Evil 2 Remake releasing on Jan. 25 either.
Switch owners will need an Xbox One, PlayStation 4 or PC to play RE 2 Remake, but there are other options currently. Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil Revelations 2 are available right now for the Switch.
UPDATE (Feb. 25, 1:29 p.m. ET): Capcom announced Resident Evil 4 Switch's release date on the Nintendo Switch eShop for May 21. Pre-orders will be made available Feb. 28.
