Dota 2 Patch 7.21c arrived Saturday, bringing changes to two items and 40 heroes in total. Among the changes are buffs to Phantom Lancer and Techies, nerfs to Hand of Midas and Viper, and more. Check out the full changes below.

Recipe cost increased from 500 to 600

- Gold bonus reduced from 180 to 160

- Duration increased from 9/10/11 to 10/11/12

Bounty Hunter

- Agility gain reduced from 3.1 to 2.6

Broodmother

- Agility gain increased from 2.5 to 2.8

- Level 15 Talent increased from plus 15 agility to 20

Chen

Divine Favor

- Bonus damage reduced from 12/24/36/48 to 8/16/24/32

- Non-hero damage multiplier increased from two times to three times

Death Prophet

- Cast point reduced from 0.5 to 0.4

Crypt Swarm

- Mana cost reduced from 105/120/140/165 to 85/110/135/160

Monkey King

- Now makes Monkey King immune to damage briefly, rather than invulnerable

- Strength gain increased from 2.6 to 3.0

- Treant damage reduced from 36 to 27/30/33/36

Pangolier

- No longer triggers off of Pangolier illusions

- Slow reduced from 40 percent to 35

- Agility gain reduced from 3.7 to 3.4
