If players find their character's helmet not appearing when equipped, there are a couple of reasons for it. Basic helmets will appear on the character's head only if it is enabled -- meaning players will need to make sure they have helmet visibility enabled when they look at their equipment in an option that is called "Head Part Equipment Setting."

Another reason helmets might not show is because basic helmets will only appear for a few classes. Witch, Wizard, Kunoichi, and Ninja are the only classes where basic helmets will show. Players in other classes who want to display their helmet will need a Pearl outfit.
