Neeko, Sylas and Xayah all received balance changes on the Public Beta Environment on Wednesday and will likely enter League of Legends Patch 9.6.

Riot Games raised Neeko's attack speed gained per level from 1.5 to 2.5, lowered the AP ratio on Sylas' Kingslayer (W)'s heal from 45 percent to 40, and dropped the attack speed bonus from Xayah's Deadly Plumage (W) from 40/50/60/70/80 percent to 40/47.5/55/62.5/70.

The League of Legends PBE update also made changes to the rune Minion Dematerializer (I3). It lowered the number of charges from six to three, increased the damage bonus from 4 percent to 6, increased the damage bonus against minions of the same type from 1 percent to 3, and swapped the rune's row position back to how it appears on live (Dematerializer on row three and Hextech Flashtraption on row two).

League of Legends Patch 9.6 likely won't hit live servers for another couple of weeks.
