Overwatch on Switch is a dream some fans are hoping will come true one day. Another Blizzard title, Diablo III, was added to the Nintendo Switch, and fans wondered if Overwatch will someday get a port for the Switch, too.
Blizzard didn't confirm it is working on a Switch version of the game, but several Blizzard employees said it might be possible, though it would be a challenge

Overwatch on Switch: Will it Ever Happen?
Bringing Overwatch to Switch would be extremely complicated. Although there are enough buttons on the Switch that mirror the amount of buttons on Xbox One or PlayStation 4 controllers, but developer Jeff Kaplan doesn't believe it the console will be able to handle it. Kaplan mentioned that he is interested in the possibility and is still open to it.
Diablo III senior producer Pete Stillwell explained it would be feasible to bring Overwatch to the Switch. "Anything is within the realm of possibility. Our team was given the task to work on [Diablo III]. If [Overwatch developer] Team 4 picks up that endeavor, that's on them.," he said interview with Gamespot.
It is unlikely Overwatch on the Switch will happen in 2019, but if Blizzard has time to work on a Switch port after fixing the problems in Overwatch, perhaps it will be a reality in 2020.
