100 Thieves and Choi "huhi" Jae-hyun have parted ways, according to an announcement published Tuesday by the organization.

Writing on Twitter, 100 Thieves extolled huhi's work ethic and professionalism before wishing him the best in his future endeavors.

Huhi joined 100 Thieves as starting mid laner in November after spending the previous three years with Counter Logic Gaming. In joining 100 Thieves, he reunited with former CLG teammate and support player Zaqueri "aphromoo" Black.

Huhi played the first 12 games of the spring split, but he and the team failed to find their footing. After a 4-8 start to the spring split, 100 Thieves moved huhi to its academy team and promoted Max "Soligo" Soong to the starting position in the LCS. It went on to lose its next six matches, ending the spring split in last place.

Huhi has yet to announce next steps now that his time with 100 Thieves has come to a close.
