Will Microsoft be at E3 2020? With the next Xbox looming on the horizon, missing the biggest press event of the video game year would be an unlikely step from Microsoft. On the other hand, E3's cache has steadily declined over the past few years as more and more companies step away amid controversy and monetary difficulties for the Electronic Software Association.

Will Microsoft Be at E3 2020?

The E3 website went live ahead of schedule Wednesday revealing a partial list of exhibitors confirmed for the event. Several high profile games companies appeared there, including Activision, Bandai Namco, Bethesda, Capcom, Epic Games, SEGA, Square Enix, Take-Two, THQ Nordic, Ubisoft and Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment.

Microsoft did not appear among the leaked attendee list, but Microsoft's Gaming vice president Phil Spencer previously confirmed the company planned to attend.

Although the E3 website claims it will go live Thursday, as of writing the site remains offline.
