Yuumi changes, alongside balance tweaks for Akali, Zac and 10 other champions highlight League of Legends Patch 9.11, which goes live Thursday.
Akali's passive, Assassin's Mark, was nerfed as the energy refund dropped from 10/20/30 to 10/15/20, and the damage ratio was also nerfed to 0.6 bonus attack damage and 0.5 ability power (from 0.9 and 0.7, respectively).

We're lowering Akali's ability to deal consistent and sustained damage, a strength that's a huge part of her power discrepancy between the highest level play and everyone else," Riot Games wrote in the patch notes.
Yuumi, the newest League of Legends champion, received mixed changes. Her Q, Proeling Projectile, now has a much brighter range indicator. Her W, You and Me!, now gives assists on champion takedowns from her teammates when she first attaches to a participating ally. Finally, an update to her E, Zoomies, flattened Yuumi's movement speed decay to herself and to the ally she's attached to based on ability power.
