March and the "Season of Alola" have both officially begun in Pokemon GO, bringing with them a host of new content including Raids, Research, and even new additions to the PokeDex. Trainers are already gearing up for everything this next segment has in store for them, from catching the new Alolan starters to planning their routes for Community Day. To that end, we've been able to secure the full list of Spotlight Hour features including the chosen Pokemon and the participation reward.

Pokemon GO March 2022 Spotlight Hours: Full List

There are five Spotlight Hour features in March, alone, featuring some of the community's favorite Pokemon—well, maybe just my favorite. Additionally, each one will be appearing with a chance to be shiny.

In order of appearance, the March 2022 Pokemon GO Spotlight Hours are:

  • March 1: Cubone, x2 Transfer Candy
  • March 8: Exeggcute, x2 Evolve XP
  • March 15: Growlithe, x2 Catch Stardust
  • March 22: Sudowoodo, x2 Catch XP
  • March 29: Paras, x2 Catch Candy

Cubone is a ground-type from the Kanto region. It evolves into Marowak using 50 candies. There is no known way to evolve it into Alolan Marowak, which changes its typing from ground to fire and ghost. Both regional variants have a CP ceiling of 2075.

Exeggcute is a grass and psychic-type from the Kanto region. It evolves into Exeggcutor using 50 candies. There is no known method to evolve it into Alolan Exeggcutor in Pokemon GO. Both regional variants have a CP ceiling of 3408.

Growlithe is a pure fire-type from the Kanto region. It evolves into Arcanine using 50 candies and has a CP ceiling of 3425 following evolution.

Sudowoodo is a single-form rock-type from the Johto region. It has a CP ceiling of 2428.

Paras is a bug and grass-type from the Kanto region. It evolves into Parasect using 50 candies and ultimately has a CP ceiling of 2102.
