There are 37 different Blood Bosses in V Rising, scattered all around and in the five locations on the map for you to find, take down, and loot. All V Rising Blood Bosses, Locations, and Rewards

The Blood Bosses can be found in all of the Farbane Woods, Hallowed Mountains, Dunley Farmlands, Silverlight Hills, and the Cursed Forrest. Although you can find bosses in each location, they're not split up evenly so some game areas will have more than others. Additionally, the Blood Bosses' levels will scale up by location, so make sure you've leveled enough to take them on.
