We've compiled a list of all five brand new weapons coming to Warzone with the release of the Pacific map later this week.

Alongside the highly-anticipated trailer for the new Pacific map coming to Warzone, developers have published the first patch notes for this new chapter of the game. It includes new perks, weapons, battle pass blueprints, bundles, and more.

In this article, we've listed the five new weapons coming to Warzone.

Warzone Pacific Season 1 New Weapons

According to the Pacific patch notes published earlier today on Monday, Dec. 6, there are five new weapons players can unlock with the release of the Pacific map. Two of these weapons will be coming later with their own respective challenges. The other three will be part of the battle pass that players can complete.

We've given each weapon its own heading as follows:

1. Cooper Carbine Assault Rifle (AR)

The Cooper Carbine is an American hybrid rifle that combines the best of ARs and SMGs to create a fast, short-range, easily controlled weapon. Its closest comparison, developers wrote, is to the Automaton. The Cooper Carbine trades its rate of fire and range for "better damage per shot, quicker centering speed, and a bigger default magazine."

2. Gorenko Anti-Tank Sniper Rifle (SR)

The Gorenko is a heavy semi-automatic rifle made to damage even the toughest of hides. It provides the most damage per shot of any "ballistic-based" weapon in the game to date. Obviously, this directly translates to its spectacular one-shot potential. Developers predict it will be "the go-to long-range option for top players in tough trials and competitions."

3. Sawtooth Club (Melee)

The Sawtooth is the "first functional melee weapon to ever be dropped within the Battle Pass system." It is, essentially, a wooden club that has a cutout core and embedded shark's teeth around its outer perimeter. According to its description, the weapon "packs a serious bite."

4. Katana Blade (Melee)

Most players know the katana by sight, alone. It is the first weapon that is unlockable through completing its in-game challenge or picking it up as part of a bundle in the COD Store later this season. It has a long blade with a characteristic single-edge and circular disc-like handguard.

5. Welgun Submachine Gun (SMG)

This is the second weapon that will be available to unlock in Season 1 by either picking it up in its bundle on the COD Store or completing its in-game challenge. The Welgun SMG is a prototype developed by Captain Butcher’s S.O.E. According to its description, "the Welgun is extremely compact and has relatively decent balanced thanks to built-in grips."
