Animal Crossing Mario: New In-Game Items Announced

Animal Crossing Mario collaborations are certainly a familiar sight for Nintendo fans. In a surprise Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced they will be bringing new Mario-themed furniture to Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This is similar to the collaborations we have seen between past Animal Crossing titles and the Nintendo universe. This has fueled rampant community speculation as to what the new items will look like.

While we don't know much about the new items yet, lets take a look at what you need to know about the planned crossover!

Animal Crossing Mario: Everything You Need to Know

In celebration of Super Mario Brothers' 35th anniversary, Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be receiving Mario themed furniture that you can add to your home. Expect the new furniture to cost a pretty penny and to deplete your savings of Bells.

What is clear is that we will not be seeing these items for some time. Nintendo announced that these items will become available in March of 2021. Unfortunately, fans will have to make do with their current decorations until this time.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is currently available for the Nintendo Switch, where you can enjoy the newest in-game character, Lucha!
