Apex Legends Battle Armor Event Announced

With Season 4 winding down, Respawn Entertainment has announced the Battle Armor event, Apex Legend's last event before Season 5. The event begins on Tuesday, April 28, and will run for two weeks.

Drop in with your armor locked and prove you’ve got the skills to come out on top! Beginning April 28, the Battle Armor Event will run up until the start of Season 5, which kicks off May 12.

Apex Legends Battle Armor Event Announced
The Battle Armor event puts a twist on the armor available to the player in-game. Every armor type will run in a rotation, which means that only one type of armor will be available in the match, and every player will already have the armor equipped when they drop.
All body shields will be removed from the loot pool. Items such as shield cells, batteries, and all other loot items will still be available, except for the armor, of course.
The rotation schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday, April 28 @ 10am PDT - Saturday, May 2nd @ 10am PDT: Level 1 (White) armor only.
- Saturday, May 2 @ 10:01 am PDT - Wednesday, May 6 @ 10am PDT: Level 2 (Blue) armor
- Wednesday, May 6 @ 10:01am PDT - Saturday, May 9 @ 10am PDT: Level 3 (Purple) armor.
- Saturday, May 9 @ 10:01 am PDT - Tuesday, May 12th @ 10am PDT: Evo Armor
All armor types, with the exception of the Legendary gold armor, will be featured in the event. And, any player who finishes in the top-five across all modes during the event will receive additional double Level XP.
