Apex Legends Gun Tier List for January 2020
By Nathan Fusco

Apex Legends gun tier list for January 2020 has been the same for most of Season 3 as Respawn Entertainment focused on Legend buffs and nerfs in the latest update.
Gibraltar received a massive buff which allows him to quick heal and revive his teammates inside his own dome. He basically is a more effective Lifeline. But when it comes to weapons, there are clear favorites to use. Here is a list of the best weapons in the game.
Leave those dancing shoes behind, you’ll need your running shoes for this one! ??

Apex Legends Gun Tier List for January 2020
Apex Legends S-Tier
- Kraber
- Mastiff
- Peacekeeper
- R-99
The weapons include two legendary weapons which speak for themselves, but despite all the nerfs, Peacekeeper is still the king of close-up fights. The R-99 is simply the best close-medium range weapon in the game with enough attachments. Though, an extended magazine is a must.
Apex Legends A-Tier
- Flatline
- Longbow
- EVA-8
- Triple Take
- R-301
- Charge Rifle
Energy Weapons made a rebound in Season 3 with multiple buffs and the Charge Rifle was broken for a whole month before Respawn Entertainment finally nerfed it. Even with those nerfs, it's a powerful weapon. Any of these can win you a match.
Apex Legends B-Tier
- G7-Scout
- Hemlok
- Havoc
- Spitfire
The Havoc and G7 are solid weapons in their own right, but with the right attachments, they jump to A-tier. But all four are solid weapons.
Apex Legends C-Tier
- Devotion
- Alternator
- L-Star
- RE-45
Every one of these weapons needs attachments to stay in the C-tier otherwise they drop down. You want to replace these weapons as soon as possible.
Apex Legends Trash-Tier
- P2020
- Mozambique
If you pick up these weapons, drop it and use fists instead.
