Apex Legends Pathfinder Glitch Makes Him Invisible

A new invisibility glitch is wreaking havok in Apex Legends, this time affecting Pathfinder.

Pathfinder, a Recon Legend who's become a player favourite in Season 10, has become victim to a new glitch in Apex Legends. Armed with a Grappling Hook and Zipline Gun, navigating a match as Pathfinder is a lot of fun. For some players though, the fun is running its course as unexpected invisibility has become another unintentional challenge to face.

Apex has been no stranger to glitches and bugs. While some can be useful, and others simply amusing, every now and then one crops up which justs ruins the game. In the eyes of many players, this invisibility glitch falls into the latter category.

Apex Legends Pathfinder Glitch Makes Him Invisible

A Reddit clip, posted by user Rini2g, showed this glitch off in full effect. In the clip, a Pathfinder emerges and begins to use a Shield Cell. On use, the Pathfinder simply disappears, leaving only its floating weapons behind.

This glitch might seem harmless at first, but some have been using it with a more malicious intent. Some players have noted being killed in-game due to not realizing that someone was in fact behind them. No matter how you look at it, the glitch certainly provides an unfair advantage. Others have claimed that similar glitches have been caused by certain skins in the game, and triggering specific animations.

While the full cause of these glitches has not yet been confirmed by Respawn, players will be hoping to see a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime, keep an eye out for mysterious vanishings and floating weapons, because a Pathfinder might be lingering around the corner.
