Apex Legends Player Saw a 'Ghost' in King's Canyon

An Apex Legends player posted on Reddit his encounter with a possible ghost. Granted, this is far more likely a glitch or bug or a player that appeared behind the rock then disconnected.
The Reddit user named 'MattDawg44' was the one that had the spooky meeting.
Apex Legends added some new features for Season 2 in hopes to spice up things for their playerbase and it seems to have worked. There's a whole new meta for better or worse and new weapons that are viable.
The ghost however, is another thing entirely. Respawn Entertainment hasn't mentioned anything about ghosts, so this is most likely a bug.
It could be a new addition, but it's highly unlikely.
