Apex Legends Update 1.49 Patch Notes

The Apex Legends Update 1.49 patch notes have arrived.
There are a few minor finishing touches for Respawn Entertainment's free-to-play first-person shooter battle royale in anticipation of its next special event in the coming days.
We've pushed out a patch today that adds a new feature allowing you to deny all incoming friend invites as well as the ones in your queue. You can toggle it on or off in the Friends menu.

As tweeted by Respawn above, the most notable change is the addition of the ability for players to deny all incoming friend invites, as well the ones already received in their queues. The feature, which surely will be well-received by content creators and professional players, can be toggled on or off in the Friends menu.
Since the last patch, Respawn has also gone to work on a couple of other minor issues.
According to their public Apex Tracker Trello board, two issues were recently resolved by the studio on Oct. 15.
- Ring can spawn in playable space in flashpoint LTM
- Crashes occur when -dev is applied
Additionally, an issue was added to list of those they're currently investigating for a future patch.
- Invalid or expired tokens error
Respawn is getting ready for the release of its next event, Fight or Fright. Among with some limited-time reward challenges and Halloween cosmetics, the Oct. 22 content update will also introduce a new "Shadow Royale" LTM on Kings Canyon After Dark.
