Berkeley Springs Station in Fallout 76
The town of Berkeley Springs is located in the Mire region of Appalachia. It's cut in half by a stream and includes a clothes store, pharmacy, church, and townhall. To the west of the town hall is the Berkeley Springs West public workshop and to the north of that is Berkeley Springs castle.
Berkeley Springs station is directly east of the city limits sign on the south side of town. The station is in worst condition than most with decayed lighting and cracked walls. It has a small bathroom, ticketing stations tinker's workbench, a unique stock box, and—most importantly—Purveyor Murmrgh.
Purveyor Murmrgh was added to the game through the Wild Appalachia add-on. She appears like a recolored mole miner and sells legendary items at random for scrip. Breaking down previous legendary items will give you that scrip that enables you to buy from her—which you'll most likely need to do multiple times.
Just be aware that a character can only hold 1,000 scrip — 150 scrip per day — so you may need to save up over a few days to get the item you want.
She currently sells legendary melee and ranged weapons, as well as her random mystery pick. If you're looking for a particular item be sure to check back often as Murmrgh will have it eventually. Visiting her is well worth it as one trip could potentially save you hours of grinding and searching.
