#5 The Boston Red Sox

The Boston Red Sox come in at fifth on this list. An offense with four very strong hitters. Those four are Trevor Story, Rafael Devers, J.D. Martinez, and Xander Bogarts. For Bogarts, Devers, and Martinez, all of them have contact stats in the 90s, and Story's are just a bit lower. Overall as a team, the power numbers are pretty high. With support players like Enrique Hernandez, Alex Verdugo, and Bobby Dalbec, the Red Sox are a team that will both get on base and hit the long ball pretty often.

#4 The Houston Astros

Next up is the Houston Astros. Despite the Astros not being a fan favorite team, they have players that can mash the baseball. The core hitters for the Astros are José Altuve, Yordan Alvarez and Kyle Tucker. These three players are well-rounded with high contact and power stats. Accompanying the three studs are Alex Bregman, who has the skills to be an all-star, Michael Brantley, who hits a point under .300, and rookie sensation, Jeremy Peña. What puts the Astros over the Red Sox is the skill of the support players.

#3 The Chicago White Sox

Despite lack of success in real life, The Chicago White Sox are a great team to use in MLB The Show.

Despite lack of success in real life, The Chicago White Sox are a great team to use in MLB The Show. The White Sox are very top-heavy with their offensive stars. Starting with Tim Anderson, who is one of the most clutch hitters in the league, Luis Robert, who was considered the AL MVP frontrunner before the season, and the 2020 MVP José Abreu. Supporting them is Yasmani Grandal, who may have low contact, but he gets on base and hits home runs, and Eloy Jimenez who has good all-around stats. The White Sox are a great team to use in MLB The Show if you're looking for high contact.

#2 The New York Yankees

Compared to the White Sox, the Yankees are not top-heavy and have lots of great supporting players

Compared to the White Sox, the Yankees are not top-heavy and have lots of great supporting players. Of course, at the top, you have the current AL MVP favorite and 99 overall, Aaron Judge. Judge has a 99 in every offensive stat except for contact against lefties. The next star is Giancarlo Stanton who has top-tier power and above-average contact. Now here's what puts the Yankees at #2 on this list, their support players. Those players are Anthony Rizzo, Joey Gallo, Gleyber Torres, Josh Donaldson, D.J. LeMahieu and Isiah Kiner-Falefa. If you use the Yankees in MLB The Show, you are guaranteed to have success.

#1 The Los Angeles Dodgers

The top-hitting team on this list is the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The top-hitting team on this list is the Los Angeles Dodgers. All around, the Dodgers are a great team to use. With hitters like Mookie Betts, Trea Turner, Will Smith and Freddie Freeman, you have a line-up filled with all-stars. To support them are 2019 NL MVP Cody Bellinger, utility-man Chris Taylor, power hitter Max Muncy and a consistent hitter in Justin Turner. This lineup is filled with recognizable names, and they back it up, making them the best offensive hitting team in MLB The Show 22.
