Best Meta MW3 Warzone Weapons After Season 2 Update

1. MTZ-762 Battle Rifle

The MTZ-762 Battle Rifle is the best long-range weapon in Warzone Season 2. Whether you load into a Battle Royale or Resurgence match, the MTZ-762's TTK is undeniable. If you have tuned into any of the biggest streamers or Warzone professionals playing the new season, then you will have undoubtedly witnessed the MTZ-762's work for yourself.

It might not be as lethal as the MTZ Interceptor was in Season 1 Reloaded, but the Battle Rifle is a surefire way to guarantee a high kill win on Urzikstan or Fortune's Keep.

2. XRK Stalker Sniper Rifle

One of the best things about Urzikstan is the return of viable snipers. For so long, sniping never found its way back into the meta on Al Mazrah, but now, the developers are giving the fans exactly what they want, especially in Warzone Season 2. After a recent buff, the XRK Stalker Sniper Rifle can now one-shot enemies.

With JGOD's build, players can one-shot opponents up to 75 meters away. If you like running a sniper in Warzone, or want to give it a try, then the XRK Stalker is the weapon for you.

3. AMR9 SMG

The AMR9 SMG is not leaving the S-Tier category on close-range tier lists anytime soon. The gun's popularity in Warzone Season 1 Reloaded kept increasing as more and more players realized how OP the weapon was (and still is) in close quarter gunfights, especially after the WSP Swarm got nerfed.

Surprisingly, the AMR9 did not receive a nerf in the Warzone Season 2 patch, allowing the weapon to remain as broken as ever. In contrast, the HRM-9 SMG, the other beloved option from last season, got hit with a major reduction to its maximum damage range.

4. BP50 Assault Rifle

The BP50 Assault Rifle skyrocketed to the top of the AR category in Warzone Season 2. The RAM-7, which dominated Warzone Season 1 Reloaded, received a nerf in the latest patch. Although the RAM-7 is still viable on Urzikstan and Fortune's Keep, the BP50 edges out the fan-favorite option.

To unlock the BP50 Assault Rifle, you must complete Battle Pass Sector B7. The weapon is part of the base Battle Pass, so you do not have to use any in-game currency to unlock the gun if you do not want to upgrade your Battle Pass for 1,100 COD points.
