The best XM4 Warzone Season 4 loadout guide is here for those who want to make sure they're using the fully optimized version of one of the best assault rifles in the new Season 4 meta.

After receiving a pretty under-the-radar buff to its recoil pattern on July 2, the XM4 continues to emerge not only as one of the best options for close range and sniper support, but also as a true competitor to the likes of the FARA 83 from medium-to-long range. Here are the attachments to use for the best ranged XM4 loadout in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4.

Best XM4 Warzone Season 4 Loadout: Which Attachments to Use

  • Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
  • Barrel: 13.5" Task Force
  • Optic: Axial Arms 3x
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
  • Ammunition: STANAG 60 Rnd

For the muzzle, we recommend going with the Agency Suppressor to maximize the XM4's effective damage range and bullet velocity.

The 13.5" Task Force barrel is the best choice here as it helps with the gun's vertical and horizontal recoil the most, as well as further boosts the XM4's damage range and bullet velocity.

While the optic ultimately comes down to personal preference, the common Axial Arms 3x seems like the way to go here for those medium-to-long range engagements.

Since the XM4's recoil buff is still relatively new, players could go with the Field Agent Grip to ensure that they have it under control. However, if they feel it's not necessary and instead want an ADS speed boost, they should go with the Airborne Elastic Wrap rear grip.

Lastly, an essential add-on—especially in Trios and Squads—equip the STANAG 60 Rnd ammunition attachment to be able to stay aggressive for as long as possible during fights.
