Created by the same team that developed the critically-acclaimed Octopath Traveller, the Bravely Default series, sometimes simplified to "The Bravely Games" tell the story of the Heroes of Light, trying to save their world from an encroaching darkness (if I had a dollar for everytime a JRPG tasked me with saving the world from certain evil, I'd probably quit my job).

Praised nonstop for its fun and inventive combat system and a phenomenal soundtrack, Bravely Default captured the attention of role-playing gamers everywhere. The sequel promises to take the story of Luxendarc even further, drawing players back in.

Bravely Default: Release Announcements

Heralded by an announcement trailed filled with soaring horns and bright visuals, the 2019 Game Awards revealed the existence of the Bravely Defauly sequel and pegged down a 2020 release date.
