Call of Duty: Mobile Season 5: Steel Legion is Now Live

Steel Legion is a robot themed update, and with the new season comes a new battle pass. The new pass features David Mason and Steel Legion themed weapons, as well as the the GKS for free players as well.

Battle Pass

First featured in the multiplayer modes of Black Ops III and 4, the experimental war robot Reaper finally comes to Call of Duty Mobile. Premium pass players get Reaper right at tier 1. David Mason from Black Ops II is unlockable at tier 12.

Magmacomb weapons are also available for premium pass players. These weapons have embers leaping off their skins, showing how powerful they are.

At tier 25, all players can get the RC Shock Kill streak. This is a tiny remote control car that shocks enemies on contact. You can select the RC Shock after 350 points when it's unlocked.

New Ranked Rewards

Season 5 also marks a new ranked season, with two new Epic rewards: the Man-o-War assault rifle and a new skin for Ruin.

New Game Modes

To celebrate the new season, there will also be a new game modes playable for a limited time, Gun Game Team Fight and 2v2 Showdown. Gun Game Team Fight is what it sounds like, Gun Game mixed with team death match.

2v2 Showdown has you paired with a teammate as you take on other teams of two with random loadouts that change every two matches. You win the mode when you win six matches.

Battle Royale gets some changes too, with a limited first person 20v20 mode. There are also two new weapons, the HS2126 shotgun and the UL736 LMG.

New Map: Meltdown

Finally, there's a brand new map for Call of Duty Mobile: Meltdown. The classic Black Ops II nuclear power plant brings some classic three-lane combat options, rife with control points on all levels.
