Call of Duty Modern Warfare's Season 3 release date has been revealed Friday. The news was shared on Call of Duty Twitter account for the next season of Call of Duty.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 3 will launch next week on April 8. The start time wasn't revealed, but you can expect a morning release. While the announcement showed some artwork for the new season, not much is known.

The only information is baed on leaks for Season 3. Supposedly, the new season will bring two remade maps from previous Call of Duty games. The maps will be Modern Warfare 3's Village and Call of Duty 4's Backlot. You can also expect the new 2v2 Gunfight and Ground War content.

Ahead of the new season, Infinity Ward released a free weekend for Warzone players which allows them to play multiplayer mode.

This will be the perfect window for players to try out the multiplayer mode before the new season arrives.
