What are the Call of Duty Vanguard Alpha Maps?
In Call of Duty Vanguard's new mode Champion Hill, there are four maps that players will have to fight in. It is completely random which map a team will be forced into on any given round, so it would be wise to become familiar with them all. Each map has an extra life placed in a precarious position that teams can fight over. The different maps provide a good amount of variety between them and each lends itself to a different kind of engagement.

The east-side map is Airstrip, the largest of the four maps. This map has long sightlines down the landing strip, broken up only by three stationary planes on the runway. In the center of the airstrip is a underground bunker.
The north-side map is Courtyard. This map is entirely symmetrical with two long buildings on either end of the map and two center buildings with open space between them. All four of these buildings also feature destructible wooden barricades that will add some variety to every match played on the map.
The west-side map is Market. An asymmetrical map modeled after an old Parisian town square. There is a fountain in the center that houses the extra life. Most of the stalls and objects are strewn about the map are penetrable and there is not much verticality on the map-making for quick and stressful engagements.
The south-side map is Trainyard. Either end of trainyard is symmetrical to the other, but the center of the map has more variety. The boxcars in the center of the map provide a interior cover and hiding spots as well as an opportunity to gain some verticality and have great sightlines over the map at the cost of exposing yourself to possible fire.
