Several images have made their way online showing the game's title, World War 2 setting, and three versions of the game: standard, a Cross-Gen Bundle, and Ultimate Edition.

The images also show what could be pre-order or Ultimate Edition bonuses. Those bonuses include a Frontline Weapons Pack, character and weapon skins for three operators named Lucas, Polina, and Wade, another weapon skin, an emblem, experience bonuses, and early access to the open beta.

Activision is actively issuing copyright takedown notices for the images in an attempt to quash their spread.

Reputable Call of Duty leaker Tom Henderson claimed Wednesday that Activision plans to reveal Vanguard officially Aug. 19, and hinted that the full release could come Nov. 5.

Vanguard is being developed by Sledgehammer Games. It will reportedly include a campaign, multiplayer and Zombies modes set in the European and Pacific theaters of World War 2. VGC reports its story will focus on the birth of the Special Forces, and will launch alongside a new Warzone map.
