Call of the Sea Release Date Information

Call of the Sea release date is something fans should be overwhelmingly excited for.
Audience members in last week's Inside Xbox livestream presentation were greeted to a plethora of incredible titles coming to the new console, the Xbox Series X. Call of the Sea is just one among those names. It is a first-person adventure puzzle game that tells the story of a woman from 1930 named Norah as she unearths the trail of her missing husband by exploring the island in the south pacific on which he was last seen. Visually, the game invokes colorful cartoon imagery with a deeper, darker secret underneath.

There is no concrete release date for Call of the Sea. Developer Out of the Blue and publisher Raw Fury have yet to stake out a definitive date and time. Currently, the best we can go on is a vague "Holiday 2020" when the console is released. It's likely that most of the games announced during last week's presentation will be available for players around the same time as is common practice.
Call of the Sea is intended for "Smart Delivery" meaning that once the player purchases it for either Xbox One or Xbox Series X, the title will transfer over to the other corresponding console. In other words: you don't have to worry about paying double for one game.
Raw Fury has a history of indie publications like this including Bad North and the soon to be released Sable.
