Can Numel be shiny in Pokemon GO is a perfectly valid question.

Despite the launch of Pokemon Go nearly four years ago, Niantic Labs has still made the decision to deny some of its audience's beloved Pokemon their shiny palette. There are several Pokemon in-game that cannot spawn as shiny yet. There isn't a real reason for this. Some non-shiny Pokemon have unique properties such as hat-Pikachus or flower-crown Eevee—meaning that they are already unique on basis of their altered models. However, this isn't always the case.

Can Numel be Shiny in Pokemon GO?

Unfortunately, no. Numel—and, by extension, its evolved form Camerupt—are not available with their shiny palettes in Pokemon GO.

Numel is a fire and ground-type. Its PokeDex number is 322. Also known as the "Numb Pokemon," Numel is described as "extremely dull witted." It won't notice when you hit it, but it will notice when its hungry. According to the Pokemon GO PokeDex, its body acts as a "seething cauldron of boiling magma."

Numel evolves into Camerupt using 50 candies. It has a CP ceiling of 1057, an attack stat of 119, defense of 79, and stamina of 155. Its maximum HP is 134.

Shiny Numel is dustier yellow color with blue markings where it was once green. One interesting fact about Numel's model is that males tend to have smaller humps than females.
