Cloud9 Apex Legends Team Released

Cloud9 released its Apex Legends team Wednesday, marking the second battle royale team the organization parted ways with in a week.

Cloud9 Apex Legends Team Released
Cloud9 released Gregory "Grego" McAllen, Timothy "Overpowered" Liang and Joseph "Frexs" Sanchez saying farewell to its Apex Legends team. "During the past few months, Frex, Grego and Overpowered have been nothing short of incredible. We wish you all the best of luck in the future," Cloud9 said in its announcement.
C9's Apex Legends team is the second battle royale team to be released by the organization this week. Cloud9 released its PLAYERUNKNOWN BATTLEGROUNDS roster Monday.
With one of the biggest organizations in esports jumping ship from two BR games not named Fortnite, there might be some cause for concern with how C9 views the future of BR esports.
