Corki, Diana, Illaoi, Karma, Ornn, Pyke, Sejuani, Sivir, Sona, Sylas, Syndra, Tristana and Udyr receive champion changes in League of Legends Patch 9.13, which goes live Wednesday.

Passive - Hextech Munitions

  • ARAM First Package Spawn Time: 5:00 (was 8:00)
    ARAM Package Cooldown: 150 seconds (was 240)

R - Missile Barrage

  • Ammo Bar: Left missile is now always the next to fire, with new charges loading in from the right


Q - Crescent Strike

  • Tip of the Moonberg: Tip of the Diana's Crescent Strike arc now reveals Fog of War for a short duration
    Moonlight Sonata: Crescent Strike casts more consistently aim toward the cursor
    Crash Landing: Crescent Strike travels slightly faster


Passive - Prophet of an Elder God

  • Tentacle AP Ratio: 0.4 ability power
    TMI: REMOVED - Tentacles will no longer go into an idle state when Illaoi is not around to command them
    Tick Tock: NEW - Illaoi can now ping Prophet of an Elder God's cooldown to her team
    Bye: Tentacles despawn after Illaoi leaves the area for 30 seconds (was 60)
    Fog of War: Enemies gain vision of Tentacles through Fog of War within 1000 range (was 1400)
    Bug Fix: Enemy champions no longer globally get vision of attacking Tentacles
    Bug Fix: Fixed a bug where Tentacle slams that were mid-flight when Illaoi died dealt no damage

W - Harsh Lesson

  • Minimum Damage: NEW - 20/30/40/50/60
    Kick it Into Overdrive: NEW - Minimum damage is dealt as bonus damage to turrets

E - Test of Spirit

  • Reduced Spirit Duration Removed
    Base Spirt Duration: 7 seconds (was 10)
    Base Vessel Duration: 10 seconds (was 12)
    Time Between Tentacle Attacks: Once every 5/4/3 seconds at levels 1/7/13 (was 10 seconds at all levels)

R - Leap of Faith

  • Maximum Summons: 6 Tentacles (was 5)
    Leniency: Leap of Faith Tentacles no longer despawn mid-attack if Illaoi commands them to slam with Harsh Lesson


E - Inspire

  • Movement Speed Duration: 1.5 seconds (was 2.5, empowered E remains the same)


Q - Volcanic Rupture

  • Ratio: 1.1 attack damage (was 1.0)


Q - Bone Skewer

  • Stab Targeting: Single target (hits nearest unit, prioritizing champions
    Bonus Stab Damage REMOVED
    Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds (was 14/12.5/11/9.5/8)

W - Ghostwater Dive

  • Movement Speed: 40/4/50/55/60% decaying over 5 seconds (was 40%)

E - Phantom Undertow

  • Minion and Monster Damage REMOVED


Base Stats

  • Health Growth: 95 (was 105)

W - Winter's Wrath

  • Second Cast Damage Ratio: 5.25% Sejuani's maximum health (was 6%)


Base Stats

  • Attack Damage Growth: 3 (was 3.11)
    Mana Regen: 8 (was 8.012)

W - Ricochet

  • Cost: 75 mana (was 60)


Q - Hymn of Valor

  • Aura Damage Ratio: 0.2 ability power (was 0.3)

E - Song of Celerity

  • Bonus Movement Speed Ratio: 3% movement speed per 100 ability power (was 6% per 100)


Base Stats

  • Attack Damage: 61 (was 58)
    Health Growth: 95 (was 85)

W - Kingslayer

  • Base Damage: 65/100/135/170/205 (was 60/90/120/150/180)

E - Abscond/Abduct

  • Bug Fix: Tooltip now properly mentions all mana scaling per rank information

  • Ability Ranks: NEW - All abilities can now be leveled up 6 times, starting at level 16

Q - Tiger Stance

  • Damage: 30/60/90/120/150/180 +1.1/1.25/1.4/1.55/1.7/1.85 attack damage (was 30/60/90/120/150 +1.2/1.35/1.5/1.65/1.8)

W - Turtle Stance

  • Shield: 60/95/130/165/200/235 (was 60/95/130/165/200)

E - Bear Stance

  • Bonus Movement Speed: 15/20/25/30/35/40% (was 15/20/25/30/35%)
    Bonus Movement Speed Duration: 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3/3.25 seconds (was 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3)

R - Phoenix Stance

  • Cone Damage: 50/95/140/185/230/275 (was 40/80/120/160/200)
