This coat has one mod slot, reduces damage from negative status by 5%, and increases your carrying capacity by seven. You can find it in a box near the red cabin under the broken ferris wheel in Rancho Coronado.

Reinforced Duolayer Techie Cargo Pants

Increases your Critical rate by 15% and reduces fall damage by 5%. Loot these from a body near a truck at Rancho Colorado.

Heavy Duty Aramid Reinforced Badge Coat

This coat will lower your stamina consumption, reduce melee damage and negative status damage by 8% and reduce explosion damage by 5%. You'll loot these from the bodies of two cops behind the dumpsters in front of a house with a flag.

Scratch Resistant Polarized Rocker Aviators

These shades increase damage against moderate and high threat level enemies by 5%. Get these off of a guy under the highway interchange south of the Heavy Duty Aramid Reinforced Badge Coat.

Waterproof Badge Combat Boots

These boots increase your armor slightly and some movement speed. You can find the boots on a rooftop near some garbage.

This vest has 121 armor and has one mod slot. You get this from a body across the street from El Dorado Pawn Shop, upstairs near two girls on a bench.

Anti-Puncture Neotac Pants with Composite Lining

You'll get these off of a body at the end of a passage across the street from the Farrier, Little China traffic sign.

Gold Tipped Manganese Steel Solo Boots

These kicks have 65 armor and will reduce fall damage by 5%. They're near Hotel Blue Moon, in a dumpster behind a bar. You'll be heading down some stairs near the hotel, and the bar will have some Chinese lanterns hanging in the front.
