Cyberpunk 2077 Nintendo Switch: Will Cyberpunk 2077 be on Switch?

Cyberpunk 2077 on the Nintendo Switch is a long shot, but CD Projekt Red hasn't completely shut down the idea. CD Projekt Red Producer, John Mamais spoke with Brad Stephenson of Onmsft about many topics surrounding Cyberpunk 2077.

While the majority of the interview focused on the delay of Cyberpunk 2077, there was one question on whether or not Cyberpunk 2077 would be ported to Nintendo Switch.

Cyberpunk 2077 Nintendo Switch?

When asked about Cyberpunk 2077 on the Nintendo Switch, John Mamais gave an open-ended answer, "Not as far as I know. Not yet. I don’t know if Cyberpunk 2077 would work on the Nintendo Switch. It might be too heavy for it. But then, we did put Witcher 3 on it and we thought that would be too heavy too but somehow we pulled it off."

While it seems CD Projekt Red isn't working on a port, it could still be possible down the road. Witcher 3 was never meant for the Nintendo Switch, and many thought it impossible with the total size of the Witcher game. That was eventually proven wrong, and we could see Cyberpunk 2077 make it to our favorite portable device.
