D.Va Buff Expected in Next Overwatch PTR Update
By Nathan Fusco

A D.Va buff is set to enter the next Overwatch Public Test Region update, according to an Overwatch developer. D.Va hasn't seen significant time in the meta since "dive" when a hero's mobility was king.
As with any PTR changes, the buff may not hit live servers. Overwatch developer Josh Noh explained the buff might be changed before the next PTR cycle, but the team is looking at a Boosters cooldown reduction of some type.

Overwatch should have a different meta for 2020 as Blizzard looks to buff DPS heroes, and nerf tanks and barrier-heavy heroes. D.Va should be a focus for Blizzard, allowing for a more mobile team composition instead of a team based around Orisa, Reinhardt, and Sigma.
Blizzard will also focus on slightly nerfing Baptiste and other powerful support heroes.
