Daniel Sturridge FIFA 22: Potential Flashback SBC Rumored

A new set of cards has just been added to FIFA 22, and one of them is former Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge. The Englishman hasn't featured in EA Sports FIFA since FIFA 20, but now Sturridge plays in the A-League for Perth Glory.

His new FIFA card is a 76 rated rare gold card, and features the following stats:

• Pace: 73
• Shooting: 78
• Passing: 68
• Dribbling: 76
• Defending: 23
• Physical: 59

While his base gold card may not look like anything special, his inclusion in FIFA 22 does open the door for a potential Flashback SBC, as alluded to by DonkTrading. Sturridge spent some great years at Liverpool from 2012-2019, and during that period, he received plenty of special cards in FIFA, all that would prove worthy of flashing back to.

We had a similar case with Dani Alves earlier this FIFA when he was added to the game offline. His Flashback SBC was rumored during Team of the Year, however, he wasn't added online until his recent FUT Birthday item.

We would assume that if a Flashback SBC was in the works, Sturridge's SBC card would be anywhere from 87-90 rated, based on his special cards of old. Due to the league that he is in, he may be priced pretty fairly.
