We've put together a quick guide to Demon Gates in Diablo Immortal.

Diablo Immortal has a collection of different zone events that can take place all throughout the various regions of the game. These can either culminate in boss fights such as with the Ancient Nightmare or simply be gateways to other dimensions such as with Demon Gates.

Below, we've explained what a Demon Gate is, where it can be found, and what to do when players find one.

What is a Demon Gate in Diablo Immortal?

A Demon Gate is a pop-up portal that is part of the zone event within the Realm of Damnation. They can appear just about anywhere throughout the entire realm and their appearance location is entirely random. Some players may go an entire play session without encountering one while others may find them every time they appear.'

Unfortunately, this means there's no way to guarantee when a Demon Gate will open or if it will open nearby. So, for that reason, many recommend that players invest their time in tangible goals and hope for the opportunity rather than invest hours hunting them down.

How to Complete a Demon Gate in Diablo Immortal

Players can only participate in Demon Gates once they reach the end of the game's main storyline at level 60. So long as this requirement is met, players can either complete the gates solo or in a group of three.

Once inside, they'll be faced with a finite number of demons and be tasked with taking them all down within a certain time limit. After the demons have been defeated, they'll also need to seal the portal so no further spawns of Skarn can leak into the rest of the realm. For this reason, players recommend traveling in a group, as more demons will be easily felled by more people.

Additionally, Cursed Chests have a chance to appear throughout the portal for extra loot.

When completed, players will be awarded with Enchanted Dust and a variety of armor pieces. Depending on their individual luck, they may also get some extra bonus material and/or Legendary drops.
