Usually, the user encounters the following type of messages
"No connection."
"Oops, something went wrong, retry."
"There’s a problem. "
"Content is out of date."
"Loading failed check network connection. "
"Authentication error."
The issues ensued are usually that players cannot see their items or inventory. This is effecting iOS and Android users alike.
Before moving on with the troubleshooting process to fix the app, make sure you are using the latest version of your phone’s OS or Operating System. Also, check to see if the issue subsides after you restart your phone. Also, make sure that servers are running smoothly by visiting Bungie’s support Twitter.

If the issue is with your computer or a laptop you should try using Restoro Repair. It can scan the repositories and replace corrupt or missing files. This solves issues in most cases, such as when the issue is originated from a system corruption.
Bungie Support has not yet made a statement about the app but they should hopefully make one soon and fix the issue as soon as possible.
