For starters, if we take a look at the Dota 2 prize tracker website we can see that we're already 16 days past the point where previous TIs have had their Immortal Treasure 3 releases. We also know that The International will start its group stages on August 20, and the main stage event will take place shortly after.

Chances are, then, that Valve is planning to release the Immortal 3 treasure as close to August 20 as possible. That would spike the prize pool just before the main event to build hype for the tournament, while ensuring that Dota 2 kept its single highest prizepool title after Fortnite World Cup dished out $30 million this year. Those of you who have been playing Dota 2 for a while know that breaking record esports payouts is kind of Valve's thing.

The Battle Pass won't be purchasable after The International concludes, and its extra game modes and temporary content won't last much longer either. Rest assured, though, you'll be seeing more news about the Immortal Treasure 3 within one to two weeks tops.
