Dying Light 2 on the Switch is most likely a pipe dream. While Dying Light 2 is Techland's biggest project to date and the game is supposedly four times bigger than Dying Light, it may be too big for Nintendo Switch.

But the same was said about games like Witcher 3 and that eventually made it to the Switch. Could Dying Light 2 do the same down the road?

Dying Light 2 Switch: Will Dying Light 2 Release on the Nintendo Switch?

During an interview with WCCFTech at the Reboot Develop Blue 2019 conference, Techland's Chief Technical Officer, Pawel Rohleder, spoke on whether Dying Light 2 would be ported to the Nintendo Switch.

While the short answer is no since Dying Light 2 is being developed on the newest evolution of the C-Engine which isn't supported on the Nintendo Switch, Rohleder did mention the developer might have a surprise for the Nintendo Switch coming later in the year.

We could see a different Dying Light game made for the Switch or maybe Dying Light will be ported for the Nintendo Switch. Since the game was delayed, any surprise for the Switch was probably delayed as well.
