This staff can be aquired either by choosing the Astrologer Class option or by purchasing it for 800 runes from Nomadic Merchant in Liurnia of the Lakes.

Azur's Glintstone Staff

Players can find this item in Raya Lucaria Academy. A task on the academy rooftop leads players to a secret area with the staff and a massive crystal.

Carian Glintstone Staff

Can be found in the Liurnia of the Lakes, near the second lift in the Hall of Carian Study.
