ESO Blackwood Collector's Edition: What's in it?
By Jack O'Dwyer

Elder Scrolls Online players are looking to jump into Blackwood following the next expansion's launch earlier this week.
ZeniMax Online Studios, the team behind the Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), has always attempted to serve every facet of their playerbase when publishing new expansions. This is a boon for new and returning players—putting them in control of which bells and whistles they want in-game. Unfortunately, offering a handful of different versions can be a bit confusing.
We're here to clear up that confusion.
#Blackwood and Update 30 are now live on PC/Mac and Stadia! Respec your Champion Points for free, take on ESO’s next Chapter, and more. Full details: https://t.co/VOf8wNDQQM

ESO Blackwood Collector's Edition
There are two versions of Blackwood's Collector's Edition: the Online Collection and the Upgrade. Both editions contain the exact same story and content with a simple, somewhat inconsequential distinction.
New players should pick the Online Collection as it includes all the chapters published previously (Morrowind through to Greymoor). That way, when they head into the game for the first time, they'll have all the basic content already unlocked and ready to play.
The Upgrade editions are meant for players who have already purchased or played the previous chapters and have the game installed on their system. "Upgrade" means precisely that--an upgrade to the current chapter.
Collector's Edition Rewards
- "Battlefield Nightmare Senche" mount
- "Jewel-Feathered Sep Adder" non-combat pet
- "Temporal Grimoire" memento
- "Deadlands Gladiator" Outfit Style
- "Offer Weapon" emote
Those who purchase the Collector's Edition of either category will receive the following items:
Pre-purchase rewards are no longer available. Additionally, as most have already concluded, Standard editions do not contain any rewards save those unlockable organically through progression.
