FACEIT Unveils FLASHPOINT Counter-Strike: Global Offensive League

Tournament organizer FACEIT announced FLASHPOINT, a new Counter-Strike: Global Offensive league, Wednesday that will replace ECS.
FLASHPOINT, which until this point had been referred to as B Site, features 12 CS:GO teams competing in its inaugural season. Ten teams are founding partner teams while two more will earn entry through Open Qualifiers.

FACEIT Unveils FLASHPOINT Counter-Strike: Global Offensive League
"Twelve teams are placed into three GSL Groups, drafted by the teams themselves. Teams will play out the Groupstage, earning points along the way.
Once the first phase is complete, teams will again redraft the groups and play another phase of GSL Groups. Then, the top eight point earners will move into the Double Elimination Finals," FACEIT said on FLASHPOINT's site.
The full list of teams has yet to be announced, though MIBR, Dignitas, Gen.G and MAD Lions announced their inclusion on Twitter.
