Fastest Player in FIFA 19 is an ever-changing standing throughout an Ultimate Team season.

New Ultimate Team cards are added weekly and during promotional events. FUT 19 is in the heart of its Team of the Season promotion during which cards receive massive statistical boosts. Players that were viable become obsolete for the bigger and better cards.

Through the Serie A TOTS, who is the fastest player in FIFA 19 Ultimate Team?

Pace as a statistic used to simply be about the face number on the card. Since FUT 18, detailed stats show that Pace is broken down into Sprint Speed and Acceleration.

Ultimate Scream promotional cards, released in the beginning of FUT 19, have 99 pace on the card, but that might not necessarily mean they're the fastest. Two cards stand out for having a true 99 Pace statistic in both categories: Team of the Year Kylian Mbappe and TOTS Timo Werner.

Both players exude insane speed on the pitch and will feel true to their stats. Mbappe more so than Werner based on Mbappe's TOTY status.

As more cards release during TOTS, expect the 99 Pace category to inflate a bit more.
