FIFA 20 Bundesliga POTM Awarded to Timo Werner

FIFA 20 Bundesliga POTM for January was awarded to German striker Timo Werner, one of RB Leipzig's star players. Werner has won the competition for the past three months running, receiving the Player of the Month every month since November.

Werner began his senior career with German club VfB Stuttgart, which he joined in 2013. He remained on the team for three years, departing in 2016 for his current squad in 2016. He appeared on German national teams starting in 2010, when he played on the lineup for players under 15. His first stint with the adult national team took place in 2017, and he has continued to play for it since.
