FIFA 20 pre-order bonuses are available for those wanting to get a leg up on the competition before the game's Sept. 27 release.

The next entry in EA Sports' iconic soccer franchise promises to up the ante once again with new content including the new Volta mode. Volta is set to bring FIFA back to the streets with street soccer akin to that of the FIFA Street series.

As with pretty much most video games for years now, there are pre-order bonuses to entice fans to secure their copy early. Here are the pre-order bonuses available for each version of the game and if they're worth it.

FIFA 20 Pre-Order Bonuses: Are They Worth it?

FIFA 20 Standard Edition Pre-Order Bonuses - $59.99

  • Up to 3 Rare Gold Packs in FUT
  • Loan Mid-Version Icon Player for 5 FUT Matches
  • Special Edition FUT Kits

FIFA 20 Champions Edition Pre-Order Bonuses - $79.99

  • 3 Days Early Access (Play the full game Sept. 24)
  • Up to 12 Rare Gold Packs in FUT
  • Loan Mid-Version Icon Player for 5 FUT Matches
  • Special Edition FUT Kits

FIFA 20 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order Bonuses - $99.99

  • Untradeable FUT 20 Ones to Watch Player Item
  • 3 Days Early Access (Play the full game Sept. 24)
  • Up to 24 Rare Gold Packs in FUT
  • Loan Mid-Version Icon Player for 5 FUT Matches
  • Special Edition FUT Kits

Now, are they worth it? The standard edition doesn't really entice fans to pre-order the game. It's simply not enough. The Champions Edition is a good bang for your buck offer, and the Ultimate Edition has the exclusive Ones to Watch item. Now, that item of course is left up to chance at the end of the day, as with every pack in FIFA Ultimate Team, but there are some top players who transferred ahead of the 2019/2020 season.

In short, don't pre-order the standard edition and if you're on the fence about the Ultimate Edition then the Champions is a good midway point.
