FIFA 20 Winter Refresh Improved Players
The 50 players who made the biggest improvements over the past season have had their FIFA 20 cards updated with improved stats. New base player items found in packs will have the updated ratings, as will some in-form items that automatically update. The highest rated among these players is Timo Werner, whose new card sports an 86 overall, while the lowest rated is Rui Silva at 75 overall.
