• Squad Rating: 87
• Team Chemistry: 60
• # of Players in the Squad: 11

Completing the segment will net players with a pack containing one player from the following leagues rated 93 or higher:

• Premier League
• Ligue 1
• Serie A
• Bundesliga
• LaLiga

So, the odds of getting an Ultimate TOTS is increased, but it's not guaranteed. Plus, it is a lot cheaper than the 94+ TOTS Player Pick which was also released on the same day. Considering EA Sports is ramping up the thresholds, perhaps a guaranteed Ultimate TOTS pack is also on the way.
